I've debated on if I wanted to start blogging again or not. There's several reasons I've been so indecisive but I've decided to bite the bullet and take the plunge. Let me forewarn you that we don't always have good internet service so there may be days or weeks you only hear silence from me. In order to keep this blog as a record for my own personal use, I've decided to create drafts on the days we have no service and post when it becomes available. This means there may be days I bombard you with posts. I apologize in advance.
What is the space going to be filled with? I'm totally not sure yet. I guess first and foremost I hope to keep track of our homeschooling (or slightly unschooling) journey. Now don't panic, that doesn't mean my kids aren't learning it just means we are very relaxed with studies, don't use a bought curriculum and enjoy & learn through life. Trust me, you will see with time.
For tonight I'll leave you with some cute things we've created the past few days. I'll start fresh with full posts tomorrow because I believe the New Year starts on New Years Eve. Not really but it does in my house!
We've been doing a little studying on Vincent Van Gogh. While we haven't dove in too deep because my kids are still young, we did create these two adorable pieces of art. The first is our version of "Starry Night."
Annalee's- age 5
Axle's- age 7
I know I'm biased but I thought they turned out so cute.
Our second project was super simple but turned out great. I was so impressed. These are our "Starry Night" nightlights. I mean really, how could you not love them!
So that is a peek into our latest art. Stay tuned to see how we school on New Years Eve!!!!
